Tracy Ellis was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and The Ellis’ were the #1 Team at RE/MAX Edge in Chesterfield when they made the move to KW Chesterfield. The Ellis’ have listed and or sold over $250,000,000 in real estate. Tracy has been a member of LuxuryRealEstate.com, and is also a member of KW LUXURY International and along with Rick Ellis are their market center leads for the KW LAND division. These significant designations will insure exposure both locally and internationally to The Rick & Tracy Ellis Team’s luxury listings as well as their KW Land listings. Having their own magazine, they learned quickly the importance of photography! The Rick & Tracy Ellis Team have taken technology to the highest level with aerial photography/aerial video, night time photos, HDR, Matterport and aerial video of their listings. Rick & Tracy realize the importance of marketing their listings to the largest possible audience, so they started doing a weekly radio show over 5 years ago. Now they have 2 weekly radio shows, you can tune in to “The Rick & Tracy Ellis Show” every Saturday at 9 AM and Sunday at 10 AM on FM NEWS TALK 97.1. Rick & Tracy make effective use of Social Media by promoting their listings on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SoundCloud, LinkedIn, E-Newsletter and they’ve created and published their own magazine, Tracy Ellis: A Guide to Luxury Real Estate which you’ll find in over 100 businesses through out St. Louis. Tracy knows the importance of networking with Top Producing Real Estate Agents all over the U.S. and has trained with top Realtors in New York, Miami and CA.

Rick believes that Merging real estate, technology, customer service, and organizational skills are essential in buying and selling real estate. Rick works closely with the IT Team to keep The Ellis Team web sites and social media up to date, in today’s world IT changes almost daily. Rick also works closely with local professional photographers to make sure that The Ellis Team’s photos make their clients homes stand out above the rest. The Ellis Team has purchased the latest technology for photography and combined with Rick’s knowledge and background in IT, they’re able to uniquely present their clients photos to ALL the Social Media outlets. The result is, they are able to bring their listings to the largest amount of perspective buyers possible. Rick & Tracy Ellis are married and have been together for 31 years and have 4 Sons. They enjoy helping Charities and giving back to the community. A few of the charities they’ve worked closely with are Little Patriots Embraced, The Food Bank, The Missouri Military Memorial Foundation, The Crisis Nursery, Cardinal Glennon & KW Cares.
Vince Cafazza – as an accomplished Project Manager, Vince observed the world through discerning eyes, sensed nuances and appreciated both attention to detail and follow through. His was a position requiring perseverance, tenacity and effective communication skills as he worked between executive level and team level peers on a daily basis. Today, as a real estate professional, he is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients.A focused listener, able advisor and strong yet fair advocate, Vince is known for his diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as he creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. Allyson Lewis – I am super excited to announce I’ve joined The Rick and Tracy Ellis team! I have always been interested and had a passion for real estate. I’m looking forward to learning and growing with the team. After studying Textile and Apparel Management along with Business at the University of Missouri-Columbia, I worked at a major department store for over a year. I was promoted twice and received many national awards for my sales production. My other passion is sports-primarily baseball and football. There is nothing better than watching the Cardinals play or relaxing on football game days. I can’t wait to start my new adventure as the newest member of the best real estate team in St. Louis, The Rick and Tracy Ellis Team!
Kirsten Sahd is a graduate from Missouri State University. While at Missouri State University, Kirsten became involved in the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, along with other University associations. Kirsten also played varsity basketball and ran cross country and track at Fort Zumwalt West High School. Kirsten is the youngest of four siblings, but not by much because Kirsten is a triplet. Kirsten is a vital member of our team by coordinating our files contract to close and keeping close contact with all of our clients.
Kirsten loves a challenge and learning new things, we’re very excited to have her join The Rick and Tracy Ellis Team at KW Chesterfield.

Kevin Jayne‘s passionate love and knowledge for the Real Estate Industry shows in each one of his transactions. His clients first become his friends but by the end of the transaction they become part of his extended family. Kevin grew up in St. Louis County and received his bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis. He worked for the State of Missouri for thirteen years and then decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Kevin has been helping people with all their real estate needs for 30 years. He first earned his Real Estate Sales License and one year later, he obtained his Broker’s License. Kevin’s knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is very well rounded as he held various positions throughout his successful career. He has held and performed a multitude of various positions and functions for real estate companies, such as a sales associate, a mentor, an acting broker, and a broker manager. Kevin has owned and operated his own Real Estate Company, Mortgage Company and Title Company. He is very experienced and educated in all aspects of the real estate transaction and when working with a buyer or seller, Kevin will be there to help and guide them through the entire process.
Kevin is a member of the East Central Board of Realtors where he has served as past MLS Director, Board Director, and Member of Grievance Committee. He is currently one of Missouri’s State Board Directors and President of the Board Elect for 2019.
Darren Spires – Since 1999 I have been a real estate broker helping many achieve real estate goals whether it be commercial, residential, or land sales and purchases. While blessed and successful, I made the decision in January to join within a powerful team atmosphere with tons of marketing muscle support behind it, not to mention a company with integrity, clout and training support like Keller Williams Chesterfield. The Rick & Tracy Ellis Real Estate Team seemed like a great, logical move to make, especially having prior great interactions with each of them. They have a fine team in place and I am pleased for this opportunity growing a new commercial division with the Rick & Tracy Ellis Real Estate Team where we will really market our listings and proactively uncover opportunities for our buyers as well. With our two existing radio shows on FM News talk 97.1 and now a third new broadcast on KRMS to support The Lake of The Ozarks, I expect remarkable things. Our top-quality print magazine Tracy Ellis a Guide to Real Estate will certainly enhance success for all.
This September my wife Michelle and I will celebrate another anniversary. I am blessed to have 3 wonderful young adults and have lots of tuitions to pay so call me! As a long-term baseball, softball coach and boy scout leader you can count on me being around for the long term. Nothing is better for me than running into a past client at a Cardinal or Blues game or at the grocery store and getting a handshake or hug because they were pleased with my past efforts. To me, success means earning real friendships all along the way. I intend to really expand upon that principal starting yesterday! I’m here for you and we will find success.
