Tracy Ellis was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and The Ellis’ were the #1 Team at RE/MAX Edge in Chesterfield when they made the move to KW Chesterfield. The Ellis’ have listed and or sold over $250,000,000 in real estate. Tracy has been a member of LuxuryRealEstate.com, and is also a member of KW LUXURY International and along with Rick Ellis are their market center leads for the KW LAND division. These significant designations will insure exposure both locally and internationally to The Rick & Tracy Ellis Team’s luxury listings as well as their KW Land listings. Having their own magazine, they learned quickly the importance of photography! The Rick & Tracy Ellis Team have taken technology to the highest level with aerial photography/aerial video, night time photos, HDR, Matterport and aerial video of their listings.  Rick & Tracy realize the importance of marketing their listings to the largest possible audience, so they started doing a weekly radio show over 5 years ago. Now they have 2 weekly radio shows, you can tune in to “The Rick & Tracy Ellis Show” every Saturday at 9 AM and Sunday at 10 AM on FM NEWS TALK 97.1.  Rick & Tracy make effective use of Social Media by promoting their listings on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SoundCloud, LinkedIn, E-Newsletter and they’ve created and published their own magazine, Tracy Ellis: A Guide to Luxury Real Estate which you’ll find in over 150 businesses through out St. Louis, LLake of the Ozarks and into Illinois. Tracy knows the importance of networking with Top Producing Real Estate Agents all over the U.S. and has trained with top Realtors in New York, Miami and CA.

 

 

Rick Ellis has been in real estate for almost 20 years and together with his wife, they’ve created The Rick and Tracy Ellis Team.  The Ellis’ have listed and or sold over $250,000,000 in real estate. Rick has worked as an IT Professional for over 30 years at the top leading technology companies in the St. Louis and St. Charles county areas.  Rick is a proven leader who has successfully managed large teams of technology professionals and projects with proven results. Rick believes that Merging real estate, technology, customer service, and organizational skills are essential in buying and selling real estate.  Rick works closely with the IT Team to keep The Ellis Team web sites and social media up to date, in today’s world IT changes almost daily.  Rick also works closely with local professional photographers to make sure that The Ellis Team’s photos make their clients homes stand out above the rest.  The Ellis Team has purchased the latest technology for photography and combined with Rick’s knowledge and background in IT, they’re able to uniquely present their clients photos to ALL the Social Media outlets.  The result is, they are able to bring their listings to the largest amount of perspective buyers possible.  Rick & Tracy Ellis are married and have been together for 31 years and have 4 Sons.  They enjoy helping Charities and giving back to the community. A few of the charities they’ve worked closely with are Little Patriots Embraced, The Food Bank, The Missouri Military Memorial Foundation, The Crisis Nursery, Cardinal Glennon & KW Cares.

 

 

Vince Cafazza – as an accomplished Project Manager, Vince observed the world through discerning eyes, sensed nuances and appreciated both attention to detail and follow through.  His was a position requiring perseverance, tenacity and effective communication skills as he worked between executive level and team level peers on a daily basis.  Today, as a real estate professional, he is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients.A focused listener, able advisor and strong yet fair advocate, Vince is known for his diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as he creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction.  His business approach is direct and successful: He listens to his client’s needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction.

Jamie Loftus is excited to announce that she is now a Listing Specialist on the Rick & Tracy Ellis Team.

Jamie exemplifies hard work, commitment, energy, integrity and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Jamie was born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri. She grew up in a family where her grandfather, father, uncles and cousins were custom home builders (and let’s mention she has no brothers.), so her construction background is extensive. Jamie was taught at an early age the quality of construction, the art of negotiation and the importance of business relationships. She has built a career in real estate over the last 15 years after leaving the mortgage industry where she worked for General Electric. She has worked every aspect of the real estate industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, asset management companies, government entities, banks and investment portfolio groups, in both the residential and commercial market.    Jamie has been married to her wonderful husband for over 30 years and they have four children and three granddaughters. A creative thinker by nature, Jamie enjoys assisting friends, family and clients with “Big Picture” goals, hosting events, interior design, the thrill of the “hunt” for the perfect home, and the excitement of the close.

Jamie has been trained, coached and inspired in sales and lifestyle by some of the best, from Tony Robbins, Charles D’Angelo, Dale Carnegie, Robert Kiyosaki, Brian Tracy, Tom Hopkins and Gary Keller. She maintains strong relationships with banks, lending institutions, insurance brokers, loan officers, contractors, title companies and realtors so she can offer the greater Saint Louis area the best representation and advice based on her knowledge and her network. Jamie uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. She is a “10 steps ahead” thinker.

Jamie works with her team members to initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close. She takes pride in assisting her clients to prepare their home for sale, educating a client on the real estate process, negotiating a deal that makes her client win and building life-long relationships. She enjoys the sense of accomplishment seeing a project or deal from start to finish. She is a self-starter and has vision. She believes that all things are possible if you believe in them.

 

 

Pat Daffron has been a full time, experienced sales person since 1996, with 21 years of involvement in residential real estate in our community.  She prides herself in paying careful attention to details, maintaining close contact with her clients, and ensuring that they are continuously updated throughout the transaction.  Some of her many accomplishments are:

Brett Ellis is the contract to close coordinator on the Rick  & Tracy Ellis Real Estate Team. His love and knowledge for the Real Estate Industry shows in each one of his transactions. Brett was born and grew up in the St. Louis & St. Charles County area so he understands the area very well. Being the eldest son of Rick & Tracy Ellis, Brett has been around and involved in the Real Estate business for nearly all his life. He is looking forward to assisting our clients with the largest investment of their life and ensuring a smooth, successful closing.

 

 

Jip Prapaisilapa is the office manager to the Rick & Tracy Ellis Team. Jip received her degree in Strategic Communications from Butler University. After graduating, she went on to pursue her interests in staging and interior decorating. For over two years, Jip built a rapport with clients and properties all around the greater St. Louis area working as a rental consultant at CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary company, that specializes in business and destination services and rental furniture for the home and workplace. After realizing there was something that CORT’s St. Louis district wasn’t fulfilling, she additionally accepted the role as an in-house decorator for clients and properties often looking to decorate their space or stage a difficult floor plan.
When Jip’s not working she enjoys: cooking, weekend brunch, trying new restaurants (she actually keeps a list and it’s always growing!), and playing in recreational volleyball leagues — to help balance out all her food-related hobbies, previously listed.
